Return and Refund Policy
All Terrane products are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damages and Defects
Inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@terranephx.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve it promptly.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at orders@terranephx.com. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the correct item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
