All Terrane products are made to order. Please allow 14–16 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. We ship via J&T Express and Ninja Van. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
